Our adventure begins on the Rainbow River, where you’ll paddle upstream toward the serene Indian Creek. As soon as your paddle touches the water, you’ll be immersed in the natural beauty of this popular Florida destination. Indian Creek, a tranquil tributary of the Rainbow River, is surrounded by a lush canopy and shallow waters, with depths averaging between 2 to 5 feet, making it ideal for exploration. The peaceful surroundings and gentle current create a perfect setting to connect with nature, take in the scenery, and enjoy the calming rhythm of paddling through crystal-clear waters.
After exploring Indian Creek, the journey continues upstream on the Rainbow River before turning around to drift back downstream along the natural lazy river. Along the way, you may spot underwater caves and even glimpse a scuba diver exploring beneath the surface. On warmer days, guests can hop off their paddleboards for a refreshing swim in the river, which stays a comfortable 72 degrees year-round, with depths ranging from 10 to 30 feet. Keep an eye out for wildlife, including playful otters, water birds, turtles, vibrant fish, and occasionally an alligator basking in the sun, making this adventure a truly immersive and memorable experience in Florida’s natural paradise.

Our guided tour up & down Rainbow River was definitely a highlight of our short trip to Florida. We enjoyed getting to know our knowledgeable guide Sarah as she pointed out various birds, turtles, fish, and flora on the River. The water is so beautifully clear that the see-through canoe was a great choice for seeing what was passing right under us. We took a little side trip up one of the springs that feed the river and Sarah pointed out areas where the underground springs were bubbling up. It was a beautiful day and a marvelous experience. 10 out of 10, would definitely recommend!

We had a wonderful experience and an incredible guide- Andres. We live in Orlando and wanted to do the kayaking first thing in the morning so that the weather would be cool. We stayed at the equestrian world hotel, which was an amazing choice and only 20 minutes away from the kayaking. We kayaked at 9 AM on a Sunday in October. The weather was perfect and very few people were around. There was only one other kayak in our tour. Our guide was super attentive and made sure that we were safe and comfortable and enjoying ourselves for the entire trip. We saw many otters, many wild birds and a bald eagle. I highly recommend the clear bottom kayaks, we were able to see many fish and the water coming up from the springs underneath us, which was amazing.

We had an amazing experience! Even though it was a last-minute booking, Kaden went above and beyond to accommodate us with a same-day reservation. He was already assisting another group when we arrived, but still took the time to connect with us and make sure we had everything we needed—he even shared the direct phone number to book our tour, which made things super convenient. Kaden was the perfect mix of professional and personable. His enthusiasm and deep knowledge made the tour both fun and informative. He showed us some truly unique spots and kept the energy high the entire time. Yes, the tour was a bit on the pricier side—but it was absolutely worth every penny. The whole experience was smooth, memorable, and exceeded our expectations. We’d 1000% book again!

We went on the rainbow springs tour and it was beautiful! Bria was a really great guide. Super friendly and knowledgeable about the springs. We were excited to find this dog friendly tour so our pups could tag along for the ride. Glad we got the morning tour while it was cooler. Saw some turtles, fish, and birds. Our group had a lot of fun!

Place was beautiful! Andres, our tour guide, could not have been any better. Very easy going and extremely knowledgeable about where to see all the must sees that I definitely would have missed if I just rented a kayak and went on my own. Highly recommend doing this tour so you can see all the things you will definitely miss on your own! Liked it so much, I’m gonna use Get Up And Go to check out Silver Springs tomorrow!
