I was in the shop this morning to get some bits and a very lovely man that works there helped me a lot regarding products for gut health. Other staff are very nice, polite and helpful as well. I left the place impressed with the knowledge they have, especially from the man that works there, and will definitely be back, if not in the shop I'll definitely order online.
So in a hurry, I just bought this Nordic clear Brain (Timestamp: Nov 10th, 2023) for like €28, only for me to discover on getting home that it has expired since Sep, 2023. Very funny, it was even one of the staff that picked it up for me from the shelf, I simply told them what I wanted to buy on entering their store. And unfortunately I stay very far, so physical return in the nearest days/weeks isn’t an option; I even didn’t collect a receipt 😔. Down to Earth store, please endeavour to also check expired stuff and remove them from your shelf to save customers this hassle!!! Addedum: New package received with thanks.
