I got such a GREAAT experience at serenity apartments and studios. The place is really clean, modern, and has everything you need, from a well-equipped kitchen untill the fast Wi-Fi. The garden and terrace were my favorite spots to relax, and it felt super peaceful after a busy day. The staff were kind and made check-in very easy. It honestly felt more like staying at a home than a hotel. I would definitely come back and recommend it to anyone visiting the area. ty and i will for sure comme back

I was robbed in the hotel room, read below! At some point we got shocked as we noticed that all of our money was missing from the wallets that we kept only in the apartment. We called the manager to investigate since there was a digital lock (you open door using a card). It turned out that one of the staff members disabled entry logging on this digital lock two days earlier so we couldn't tell who entered our room! No evidence, the manager didn't even speak to the staff. We reported to the Police but there wasn't much more we could do. The kitchen was a joke - the exhaust above the stove wasn't connected anywhere (see the attached picture) so the smells and fumes were going back into the room! The bathroom was neglected - old & dirty silicone, paint that was coming off, bad smell from the shower drain. Dirty towels & bedding.

We stayed for over a month for the second time and everything was perfect. The pool is a fantastic bonus and everything was spotless. The workspace is a very useful addition, especially for long-term stays. The location is also excellent. Definitely recommend!
