We had an absolutely outstanding experience renting a Slingshot for a scenic trip around Broken Bow. The vehicle itself—a 5-speed manual—was in excellent condition, providing a truly fun and thrilling way to explore the area. Opting for the manual transmission allowed my husband to fully enjoy shifting through the gears, and his excitement was evident from the ear-to-ear smile he wore throughout the ride. The perfect weather made for ideal cruising conditions. We extend special thanks to the owner for their kind recommendation and encouragement to drive all the way to the Three Stick Monument, which proved to be a spectacular sight and a highlight of our day. The overall customer service provided by the company was truly top-notch. They excelled in every aspect, from the initial booking and clear communication to efficient time management upon pickup and return. The staff demonstrated exceptional care by offering us bottled water for hydration and providing invaluable input on recommended driving routes. In an extraordinary example of personalized service, they even gifted us commemorative shot glasses upon learning we were celebrating our 22nd wedding anniversary. They certainly did not have to go the extra mile, but they did—and we are incredibly grateful for their generous thoughtfulness. This level of customized customer care elevates them far above standard rental operations. We highly recommend this company for an unparalleled and memorable adventure.
