I bought a camera from Conns Cameras and noticed a small issue with the display on the same day. I called in the morning, and Bob answered my call. He was very polite and asked me to email details of the issue until I could come in later that afternoon. When I arrived, Bob checked the camera carefully and confirmed there was a fault with the display. He immediately arranged an exchange for a brand-new unit. He was extremely professional, helpful, and kind throughout the process. Carl also available at the shop later, and both of them were very nice and made sure everything was sorted smoothly. Really impressed with their customer service and professionalism. Big thanks to Bob (and Carl too) for making the experience so easy and pleasant! Despite being packed with people, the staff took the time to help me and even let me A/B test the two lenses I was considering. When I established my budget, they respected it and did not try to upsell me. I left quite happy with a Fuji 50mm f2 and started taking shots right away on Grafton street and the surrounding area.

The service is top notch, they’re all genuine, friendly and professional guys, always willing to go the extra mile to help out and answer any queries. The development process is also super quick, much faster than any of the other camera shops in town. 10/10
