To enjoy the full rejuvenating effect, begin with 10–15 minutes inside the sauna to open the pores before applying pure volcanic clay from the region’s natural mud pans to your entire body. Let the mud dry and rinse off in the showers before soaking in one of the three hot spring pools surrounded by lush forest. Finish with a cold shower to seal the treatment and leave your skin feeling renewed and refreshed.
