Great time the boat had a great layout clean but it was 30 years ago

Our first time to hire and won't be our last. Great service from this company, every staff member we met were beyond helpful and friendly. Everything is explained really well and the short lesson before we took off on our own was great. Boats were spotless and had everthing you may need.Dog friendly boats meant we could bring our dog, who loved the trip just as much as we did!
From start to finish I can’t recommend this place for a stay at home holiday in Ireland the company are so good to deal with and have some great deals and we were able bring our dog do winner all round
We had a beautiful trip! - beware, introduction to driving an dparking is extremly short! (Best tip: do everything slowly, so you cannot harm much) - Do not expect everyone to be welcoming tourists. The technicians often seem to be underpaid and overloaded... - the boat was pretty clean and the beds were more comfortable than expected. The provided bedlinen is of good quality, and keeps warm even on chilly nights. - In Carrick-on-Shannon the store supervlue offers a shuttle ride to and from the marina, this comes in handy when you travel by public transport. All shops are quite a walk away... - if you return by train, make sure to book a taxi as early as possible. There are only a fey taxis in Carrick-on-Shannon and Saturday mornings they are overbooked... - the 230V plugs on the boat are not made to charge mobile phones! Do bing a 12V charger (also used in cars) - Lanesborogh has a very nice marina, worth a night ;-) - Dromod is also nice, but be there early, the harbor is quickly full i the afternoon (There is a small marina next to it with no water/electricity...;-) - The walk to Boyle is absolutely worth it!
