I rented a Slingshot from this company in July and had a terrible experience. The vehicle was already raggedy, partially dirty, and clearly not maintained well. I only rented it for one day and returned it on time with no issues. Three months later, out of nowhere, they charged my card $83 without any notice or authorization. When I called to ask why, I was told it was for a toll bill that supposedly showed up months later. No email, no invoice, no phone call—nothing. They just took my money. That is unauthorized billing and fraud. A legitimate business should contact the customer, provide proof, and allow them to pay directly—not secretly charge cards months later. I am disputing the charge with my bank and filing a police report for fraud. Save yourself the headache and rent from a professional company. This place lacks integrity, proper business practices, and customer service.

Had a great time, it was 5 minutes before their closing time and they still had got me in 30 minutes after i called, super fun handles well sounds amazing. Overall will definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone
