!!!!HIDDEN GEM ALERT!!! He did not ask me to post this. I am just of the opinion that he is the best after researching many operations and finally taking his tour. Now that we have completed the tour we don’t need to gatekeep. We found Dan by chance and cannot recommend him more. He is passionate about the aurora and is the owner operator of his company. We were the first ones to arrive at an amazing spot and last to leave (only because one of our group members was too cold despite the cold suits Dan provided. Plus it also appears he has a legit tour operator license. He has the fairest price of them all and provides: Tripods (!!!!!!) for phones and cameras Cold suits and boots Hot homemade veggie soup Cocoa Tea Treats A campfire History and folklore He has no guarantee that there will be sightings but guarantees he will try his best and will offer to rebook if weather doesn’t permit. These aren’t even the best pictures we took! Just not posting because we are in the pictures with the most intense auroras.

Our group of 8 had the experience of a lifetime with Dan! From the moment we met him, it felt like we were with an old friend. We had a completely private show away from any other groups — it was incredibly special. On what seemed like a cloudy night, he still knew exactly where to go, and thanks to him we witnessed the most breathtaking, bright, dancing aurora imaginable. Dan went above and beyond—he set up chairs around a warm fire, provided us with thermal suits, and served hot chocolate, tea, and cookies/cake. He made us feel completely cared for. He also takes photos of you and of the aurora and sends them to you before you even wake up the next day! NOTHING compares to Dan’s dedication, energy, and genuine love for what he does. His passion is unmatched and is completely infectious! Choosing him is the best decision we make on our trip. We will be talking about this night for the rest of our lives. Thank you, Dan! You are amazing — we will be back!

I‘m so happy we found Dan and went on a tour with him. It was unforgettable 💚 He adjusted the booking to find better weather conditions, and, fighting through rain and clouds, with friendly chatting and driving quite far to the get the clear spots - we got to see all the beauty of Aurora and make life-long memories. Only one day after - and I am already planning to return to Tromsø and go on a hunt with him again! He also sacrificed his sleep to get us these amazing photos already next morning. Sincerely and truly the best arctic experience!
