Nice way to see the city. The audio guide needs improvement: the background music/sounds at times overwhelm the narrator’s voice, the audio at times abruptly ends, the attendant’s announcements makes it hard to hear the narration. Also, the monitors at the lower level don’t show the stops or any other info and only block the view.

Has potential, but significant improvements are needed I’ve experienced several similar hop-on hop-off tours in other cities around the world, and unfortunately, this company fell short of expectations. Ticketing: The website states that tickets can be purchased when boarding the bus (see attached screenshot), but when we tried to do so, the onboard assistant abruptly told us to cross the road and buy tickets elsewhere. This caused us to miss that bus entirely. Waiting and boarding: After purchasing tickets, we waited at the designated stop as the queue steadily grew. Buses arrived roughly every 15 minutes, but each one was already full. Three buses came and went before we were finally able to board—nearly an hour later. Even then, only 12 people were able to get on (all seated downstairs), leaving dozens still waiting. Route and experience: The route covers 26 stops in one continuous direction, but not all stops offer something worthwhile to see or explore—especially since re-boarding later buses is nearly impossible due to overcrowding. Most passengers stayed on for the entire route, with only a few getting off at popular spots like La Boca and Palermo. The audio commentary did not align with the stop numbers listed on the website or map, suggesting the system hasn’t been updated. The narration itself was quite generic and lacked engaging or insightful details about the city. Staff: The driver was excellent—safe and professional. However, the onboard assistant seemed disengaged and unhelpful. At one point, passengers were told (in Spanish only) to switch buses due to a driver change. Non-Spanish speakers, including us, only realized what was happening by observing others getting off. A clear announcement over the speaker system would have avoided confusion. Price: At 40,000 each, the experience felt overpriced given the poor organization and long waits. Suggestions: • Increase the number of buses, especially during peak hours. • Send empty buses to the busiest stops to reduce waiting times. • Improve communication with passengers in multiple languages. • Consider removing the onboard assistant role if the audio system handles most of the information delivery. This tour could be much better with improved logistics and communication—it definitely has potential but needs better management.

best way to go around town to check out the most popular sites of buenos aires. the hop on hop off allowed us to get down at multiple stops to eat and check out certain attractions with more attention. the price mighr be a little big scary but it's definitely worth it !

We've done a continuous 3-hour ride with the yellow hop on/hop off double decker. Very nice route. I would recommend

This is the BEST way to see the city!!! There is simply no better way to get to see everything and then decide where you want to go back and spend time. You just hop off and on where you like. The price was fair and we ended up doing the 2 day which was worth it and allowed us a free trip the next day to the port. 3 stars because the sound needs some work - cuts out of stops halfway through a city fact. Also, a couple of the stops were closed without notice so we waited and waited until we called them and found out. Also, it was a gorgeous day and they didn't have the top open!!! You can see 90% more when the top is open. Overall a great way to see the city.
