AJ was a knowledgeable guide. I was amazed that places I had passed by many times have such interesting history and things to see. AJ was also a great communicator. As soon as the tour started, he remembered our names and inserted them into our conversation. Thanks to him, the tour became interactive not only between the guide and the tourists but also among the tourists, and the atmosphere was cordial from start to finish. Our guide, AJ, was extraordinary! Such a wealth of knowledge and so wonderful with the group. Took the time to learn everyone's names and where they were from so that he could tailor the content and point out bits that were sure to interest. I don't know how he remembers it all! Guide was extremely knowledgeable. Since most people on the tour were New Yorkers we were able to understand his enormous amount of information. We learned the fascinating history of the subway system. And learned about the subway symbols and pictures we just walk right by on a daily basis.
