John and his team recently facilitated a team-building day for our organisation, the NLN. It was a wonderful experience that all staff thoroughly enjoyed. We spent the day at Ballyseedy Woods, taking part in a range of activities including fire building, shelter construction, orienteering, and various team games. Attended Wild Water a few times now for CPD training as a Lifeguard. John's knowledge of water is second to none and he brings his experience across competing, open water swimming, coasteering, kayaking, lifeguarding and diving to his courses. The fun and easy going yet professional approach adopted by Wild Water works really well to get the most out of students. Will be continuing to attend courses by John into the future and would highly recommend their offerings.

John does an excellent job all around. He is very knowledgeable of the history of the area and the marine life. Would recommend for couples or family. Safety is paramount for John and he instructs every step of the way. Varying heights for jumps make it suitable for all. Jumping is not the only attraction either, the scenery on the coastline is beautiful.

I booked a kayaking trip with Wild Water Adventure and received confirmations and reminders. I traveled all the way from Galway to Kerry just for this. When I arrived, no one showed up. Calls, texts, and WhatsApp messages were ignored. A local lifeguard confirmed the weather was fine for kayaking and even reached the owner — who said they were on another tour. Only 4 minutes after the scheduled start, I got an email claiming cancellation due to "bad weather" — which was clearly false. They refunded me, but the lack of communication and dishonesty were unacceptable. Extremely disappointing experience.

Incredible day with John on a Coasteering adventure! The scenery was incredible, and John did a great job explaining the nature of the area while guiding us along the coast. Even in early April, with the water 48 degrees F, we were not cold at all, as he had us well bundled in neoprene. Highly recommend doing this, and would suggest it as a great option if coming off a red eye flight and needing to kill time before checking in to lodging - it will wake you up and get you excited about the beauty of the Ireland coast!
