Fish (aka David) is an extremely informed, engaging and happy guide. His tour is a great mix of the fascinating history of Victoria with refreshment stops at great local spots. This tour included our first time on a water taxi and Fish took photos of everyone in the group.. His storytelling skills are terrific, unmatched by any tour guide we've had anywhere. He clearly loves this job. A great way to spend our first afternoon in Victoria. Thank you!
I went on the Victoria Bites & Sights tour, and the guide, Emile, was great. The food was tasty, especially the dish at the restaurant in the Asian district. I wish I could recall the name, but they served various finger foods, and they were all amazingly good. They somehow managed to make a potato the most wanted item offered. Altogether, from the boat ride to trying the different foods to walking prominent streets in Victoria, it was a great tour and introduction to the city.
We enjoyed our tour so much! Linda did an incredible job sharing this beautiful city with us. We learned so much about the city’s history and culture. We really enjoyed her stories about the haunted jailhouse and the construction of Parliament. We also loved the local bites, which were absolutely delicious. Such a fantastic tour! We can’t wait to visit again.

We did the BC Bites and Sites tour with Holly, and she was absolutely fantastic! Her knowledge, energy, and passion for Victoria truly made the experience memorable. The tour offered a delightful introduction to the city, and now I can’t wait to return and explore more. Although our time in Victoria was limited, Holly made every moment count. She wove together delicious food stops, local history, helpful tips, and hidden gems—all in one well-paced tour. Every bite we had was delicious, and the experience left us wanting more (in the best way)! We’re already looking forward to visiting again and will definitely book another tour with Hidden Victoria—Holly will be our first request! One small tip for fellow cruise travelers: the tour doesn’t include a full meal and it goes beyond typical dinner hours, so consider having a light snack beforehand or planning to eat afterward. This isn’t a downside of the tour itself, just something to keep in mind given the short port time in Victoria.
