We have enjoyed several tailor made holidays with the Ultimate Travel Company and every one has been a joy from planning stage through to travelling home! The consultants are all very knowledgeable and helpful- they took time to establish what sort of accommodation, transport and experiences we like and booked accordingly. The local guides have all been excellent and service while on holiday is definitely 5 star. Of course, the holidays are 'reassuringly expensive ', but hey, you get what you pay for and the peace of mind and knowledge that the holiday will be exceptional when you get there are worth every penny. Can't recommend them too highly.

Excellent advice on choosing hotels between flights and information on diving resorts. Useful itinerary booklet and always available if you have any queries while away. Couldn’t have asked for more from a travel company!

We’ve just returned from the most fantastic holiday to South Africa, all organised by The Ultimate Travel Company, and we honestly couldn’t be happier! From our very first point of contact, our travel specialist Cassie was absolutely amazing. She really listened to everything we wanted and came up with brilliant suggestions that made our trip even better than we’d imagined. Cassie handled everything for us from flights and transfers to accommodation and excursions and the entire itinerary was perfect, covering everything we hoped to do. Every detail ran seamlessly, the hotels were wonderful, transfers were on time, and communication throughout was excellent. We especially appreciated how quickly Cassie responded when we needed to make some last-minute changes (our fault!) she sorted everything straight away without any fuss. The app was another fantastic feature, giving us instant access to all our travel details, some great advice about the country and what to expect, even offering some restaurant recommendations along the way. We honestly can’t recommend this company highly enough and will definitely be booking with them again for our next adventure. Thank you, Cassie, for organising such a memorable trip!
