DOGS ARE NOT ALLOWED We went to the store on our own to support local businesses since we had to buy a lot of supplies for a course. We took the dog as usual, but as soon as we arrived, we found a sign on the door that said "no dogs allowed." Fool me, and since there were no people around, we asked if they'd let us in; the dog is very good. They told us they wouldn't because "they stain the floor" and that we should leave him tied up outside. By law in Spain, it's against the law to leave dogs tied up outside establishments. We didn't buy anything, obviously. We'll go to their main competitors, who were delighted to welcome our furry friend. It's a shame they're not up to date; they've lost a few customers. Edit after the store's response: at NO point did they mention that he was allergic. The only reason was cleaning, and my boyfriend is a witness. But they want to clean up the review with that excuse. And I repeat, by LAW (not my whim) it's against the law to abandon animals outside businesses. Under penalty. They have the right not to allow them, and I have the right to warn future clients.
