The adventure begins with a short briefing at our headquarters, where our marine biologist explains the trip and highlights the cetacean species you may encounter that day. Once ready, we head to the Marina, where the real adventure begins.
To ensure the best sightings, our team of shore-based observers constantly scans the sea for cetaceans and sends us precise coordinates, so we don’t waste a moment searching. Throughout the journey, our marine biologist remains on board, providing expert insights and context about the animals and their behavior. What an amazing experience! The Skipper was super professional, we saw over 40 common dolphins, and a Fin Whale, which was amazing. We attended as a friend group and had the best times. Would highly recommend

The tour was amazing even though we weren't lucky enough to see any whales. The captain did his best to show us some animals, and on the way back to the harbour we saw dolphins. The landscapes were beautiful, and everything went very well. I would definitely recommend it.

We took the whale watching tour in August 2025 on a warm sunny day from Kinsale. The guide was friendly and informative. The captain drove us way out to deep water where we saw huge numbers of dolphin. On the way past the cliffs we also saw a few seals. It was a thrilling day out and yet also peaceful watching the waves for signs of mammals and enjoying the sea spray. We were resigned to seeing nothing apart from ocean and scenery. Very grateful that both the captain and guide persevered until we saw them. Got back to Kinsale about 30 minutes after the schedule thanks to their flexibility. Highly recommend.

A lovely day in Courtmacsherry. The captain was very kind. The boat is comfortable, with a toilet. I was a good experience. Unfortunately I didn't see any whales. But we saw dolphins, fur seals and a giant shark! Lucky day 💖
