Hikers tackling the entire GPT trail also have flexible options: leave your car in Halls Gap and take the Northern Zone shuttle to the start, then the Southern Zone shuttle to return to Halls Gap; alternatively, leave your car in Dunkeld and use the GPT Express End-2-End ticket to travel directly from Dunkeld to Halls Gap.
