Great for families or groups, this shared Fliteboard session offers a fun and active way to spend time on the river together. With two boards to take turns on, everyone gets the chance to learn, ride, and experience the feeling of efoiling. Riders aged 10 and above can ride unassisted, while younger children may be given an assisted ride when appropriate, and they are not charged if only receiving a ride. Stand Up Paddle boards, canoes, and surfboards are also available for hire, making it easy to include family members of all ages and abilities in the day’s activities.
This 1.5-hour session is a great opportunity to learn a new skill together in a supportive and enjoyable environment. Beginners will find efoiling easier than expected, especially on calm water with adjustable power and speed. The first 10 minutes cover how the Fliteboard works, safety, the controller, and positioning on the board. On the water, riders naturally move through lying, kneeling, standing, and eventually foiling as confidence grows. Intermediate and advanced participants can refine technique, explore board progression, improve turning, and learn more advanced skills such as pumping, gear use, height control, wing selection, and even beginning to prepare for ocean efoiling.
