I was so so happy when I got there, an in shop experience all the way! Staff helped me a lot as we got chatting about a mutual art type and so I was able to get exactly what I needed! Too recommend.

I’ve been buying online from Evan’s for a couple of years now and managed to visit today. Just as I expected, fantastic retail space for artists. So lovely to feel brushes and artist paper before buying. Shout out to the older gentleman who was very courteous and professional.

I want to leave a review about my experience with this company. I placed an online order on 7.11, which was accepted the same day at 12:15. Unfortunately, today, 11.11, at 3:00 PM, my order had not even been shipped from the store. The store only sent me an email from 7.11 stating that my order had been accepted. Yesterday10.11 I sent them an email to ask when I should expect my order, to which they rudely replied that they had just returned from the weekend and said that my order would be shipped today11.11,but more than half a day has passed, and my order has not left the store, and my money has been in the company's account for more five days. Very frivolous and irresponsible attitude towards customers. P.S. I am attaching a photo of my order so as not to provide inaccurate information. Dear owner, it seems that you are also not entirely honest, since you posted the last letter from my correspondence with your company, I can provide you with confirmation of my words. I will post the photo in my first review and duplicate it here so that everyone can see that you are not on the side of the customers.
