Really enjoyable day out. The boat is very clean, very stable and the atmosphere is relaxed and fun. People are free to move about the boat and enjoy the views of Dublin bay. The host provided great info regarding the sights along with some light humor. We were also very lucky with a nice clear day with no waves, but would have enjoyed it regardless a great way to spend a few hours in Dublin.
Really enjoyable day out and good value. We went from city quays to Dun Laoghaire and on to Howth. Each leg had different things to delight: first cruising the docks and into Dun Laoghaire, then across the bay to Howth via the cliffs and with amazing views of Lambay and Ireland's Eye. Unfortunately I could only understand about 20% of the commentary, delivered by a delightful young woman at high speed and in a Donegal accent. And I'm a native English speaker. We were lucky with calm weather but wrap up well against the wind. If you get too cold you can go below for hot drinks, beer or wine.
crew was friendly nice to howth views of bay seaside and dublin were great.... only issue was it was difficult to hear information over speaker system due to ship noise etc ship was clean and appeared in good order
Definitely worth a visit if you're in Dublin. The boat ride was amazing and they narrate the entire time so you learn some interesting facts as you pass by them. There is a restroom on the ground floor as well as a place to get drinks and snacks. The views were absolutely amazing and there's plenty of space to spread out on the boat to get amazing photos.
Nice area the start point for the ferry cruises, and goes around the Dublin coast first to the south (Dalkey) to north (Howth). The crew is wonderful, friendly service, loved the whole trip. Highly recommend even if u are a dubliner try it once! FYI:Drinks for sale on board. Fantastic tour! 👍🍻😎
