Paid €55 to have a white coat cleaned, left it for a week and was promised “excellent work.” Got it back just as dirty as when I dropped it off. When I complained, the staff were rude and said “there’s nothing we can do.” Service not delivered, abusive charge, and zero respect for the customer. Never again and I do not recommend this place to anyone.

If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience at this pressing was beyond horrible. The lady working there was incredibly rude and mean, as if she went out of her way to make the visit miserable. To make matters worse, my clothes came back in worse condition than when I brought them in. I trusted this place to handle my garments with care, but they completely ruined them. Stains were not removed, and some items even looked damaged. This was hands down the worst experience I’ve ever had. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs! Terrible service, unprofessional staff, and shoddy work—this place is a nightmare
