Was told by a middle aged guy at reception quite bluntly he’d be with me ‘in a sec’. I went elsewhere after waiting for 45 mins. Wish I had read the reviews before stepping foot in this place.
Be careful with Best Drive, Dundrum Road! They replaced a tyre for me, but it turns out it was more than 10 years old. This was picked up by the NCT as tyres this old can deteriorate. They're not supposed to put tyres that old on cars - maximum is four years. It meant I had to replace the tyre earlier than I thought, costing me even more.
