Never buy tickets from there.They buy the tickets from a website right away, give you bus tickets that you can buy from the bus driver and take a commission of 10 euros per person.
Total scam! They charged €35 for a Vesuvius ticket that costs €11 and bus tickets that are only €2.80 each way. They sold it as “private transport” but it was just the regular public bus that was 1.5 hours late. Several tourists got ripped off the same way. Avoid this agency! PS: Vesuvio closes at 5 pm, couldn't get in time that day
We booked tickets for Vesuvius (entry and transfer from the rail station). We expected that this would be easier than using public transport and would guarantee our entry at the correct time. When we arrived to collect the tickets, I was given entry tickets and tickets for the public EAV bus. At no point was I told that the 'shared transfer' would be a public bus. The same bus tickets are available to buy for anyone getting on the bus. As all the tickets had the face value price on them, here's what I received: Vesuvius entry €11 per person, Two bus tickets (€2.80 each) - €5.60 per person. Total value of provided tickets = €16.60 pp. For this, I had paid online €35 pp. I felt a little cheated by this company. I would not recommend them. It is possible to book the Vesuvius tickets directly yourself online on the vivaticket portal and buy bus tickets from the driver. This company bought the tickets on my behalf and charged me double.
Do not go hear Try to make you think they are the official tickets store. They are not. Do not get audio guides, they do not work properly and have things missing. Then terrible attitude of staff when we returned the devices, accusing us of taking off the screen protector. Avoid.
It’s a rip-off!!! They just misinform you about you can’t buy entrance ticket on the top of Vesuvius and about the local bus. Use the clean local bus for 2,50€ and buy the ticket to the national park at the entrance for 10€.
