Great. Nice cave in a humble neighborhood. We did the ATV tour with punta cana adventures.
The pick up guy was on time so we made it. However, the ride was terrible. You have to stop and pick up other people but the worst part is the actually drive. So many bumps with no cushion. Constantly hitting super hard potholes. As far as an atv ride, be prepared to spend 4 hours on a 45 minute four wheeler ride. I don’t appreciate signing up to RIDE AN ATV and then have to spend 3.5 hours NOT atv riding. Children were constantly begging us for money throughout the atv ride. The ATV ride was not beautiful at all, so if you have a four wheeler just do it at home. People are pushy wanted you to shop the crappy cheap items in their shop. This is SUCH a rip off. If someone signs up for an ATV ride, that’s what they should be doing, or else we will never come back and never recommend it to anyone. The beach was pretty but they we’re rushing us to leave and we spent $140 on lunch. Absolutely such a waste of time punta Cana things like this need to do better.

Really enjoyed ourselves on our atv ride.
We did and early morning excursion and arrived to the cave around 12 pm. There was really no wait, but after we jumped in and got back out there was no way to get back into the huge line that had already formed. The water was nice and cold which was good because we were all hot from the sun hitting us riding the four wheelers there. I had to pay an extra $2 to be able to get a lifejacket to get into the water because I'm not a swimmer. The street venders are honestly very annoying. they try to make you buy something even thought you said no.
Macao Cave is an incredible hidden gem! The crystal-clear water inside the cave is refreshing and beautiful, surrounded by natural rock formations. A peaceful, stunning spot perfect for swimming, photos, and exploring. A unique experience that feels magical and serene — highly recommend!
