Customer Reviews
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ *"From the moment my call was answered, I was genuinely impressed with the service at Fisherman’s Friend. I’d spotted a few items on their website and rang for advice — Tony, the shop owner, was fantastic. Speaking with him felt like chatting to an old friend or fishing buddy; knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely interested in helping me make the right choice. I ended up ordering a DAIWA Ninja Match Rod 11', a DAIWA 23 Ninja Match & Feeder LT Reel, plus a selection of Preston hair rigs and floats. The order was shipped the same day and arrived by DX at 14:00 the very next day — outstanding service! Top-quality products, brilliant customer care, and a personal touch that’s rare these days. Customer service as it should be. Thank you, Tony — you’ve gained a loyal customer."*
Ordered some Prestons clothing plus some prestons tackle on Monday morning received it Wednesday morning excellent service. Will be using these again, top service.
Phenomenal service, Rang in the week as I had my pole number 4 & top kit wedged together. Gent told me to bring the sections in & would take a look at it for me. He repaired 3 sections whilst I waited at an extremely competitive price, offered both me & my partner a hot drink. These kind of tackle shops are dying out & being replaced by chain stores or everything under one roof. Thanks for the hospitality gents & thanks for getting my pole back up & running 👍⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
