Long term 2 year review here. They really keep to their warranty. Their repair was better than the original design and my bike has zero issues after nearly 6000kms + They no longer supply this bike and im guessing it's because the frame design placed too much tension towards the centre. I love this foldable bike because i can get onto any bus or train. Unfortunately i noticed a very very small crack at this pressure point. They offered replace or repair the frame. Since replacing it would likely cause the same issue down the road, i went with the repair. The repair has spread out the tension throughout the bottom part of the frame and it has held perfectly. There is no reason why it won't hold forever. Definitely the best shop around. I wouldnt look anywhere else. Thank you so much! Very happy customer
I called the shop and spoke to Zak. He assured me that they would have something suitable for me in stock so we drove up from Kildare. Zak was very good to deal with, a very pleasant young man. He showed me a few bikes that were suitable for me, and for the type of cycling I do. He was very knowledgeable about all the technical stuff. I was able to have a cycle around the carpark and am very happy with my Tbird bike. The bike was delivered, fully assembled, within 24 hours, by RoadDog Couriers. I can highly recommend dealing with Zak, and the Electric Bike Store.
Excellent service and so easy to deal with. Helped me pick out the right bike and answered any questions I had. Even had the bike delivered to me the same day I paid. It came fully assembled ready to cycle lights mud guards and all. Ive never gotten anything delivered on the same day before. Unbelievable service
