We haven't actually travelled with the company yet, we were booked for the Isle of Man trip starting 15th September. We have received all the information, which is easy to follow, and very informative. Unfortunately, my husband has had a serious accident on his bicycle and will probably still be in hospital on 15th September. I phoned the company and explained our plight, within half an hour, they had sorted it all for us. Very professional, helpful staff. We can't thank them enough.
