The cruise was very nice but we were only able to complete half because of high water and low bridges!
Bruce

Booked and paid for a cruise, only to find when we arrived to board it had been cancelled. No notifications, trip plans ruined. What a joke. Avoid this company.

Really good tour and my girlfriend really enjoyed it!

Nice tour on the river with a beautiful view on the surroundings and Melbourne. You got different package available. That's the cheapest. But it's enough if you want some pictures and enjoy a moment with your loved ones around the beautiful sceneries of Melbourne. Better book in advance. The tour is in English and you have the option to stay inside or be at the back(best view). Water and tea is free. Everything else is available at the bar. No food. The barman was helpful and kind. Payments cash, cards , contactless. Toilets are available onboard. After the tour you got the possibility to go around the city. It's just next to tram, train stations etc.

Will give 0 star if we can. Ticket booth told us ticket is 4pm but people will get up and down, so cruise will leave around 4:10 as shown in marked ticket. Cruise came 30mins late only at 4:30pm. The worse part is it just took off without letting any people get off. We were waiting patiently until I saw the staff started untangling the rope, so I quickly went up to told them we waited half an hour and want to board the cruise. They just took off saying we missed the boat.
