I took the 4x4 lakes excursion. Our guide, Gustavo, told us clearly and interestingly about the places we were seeing, and provided excellent service. Upon arriving at the estancia, he prepared a delicious, hearty barbecue for us, which we enjoyed with a dreamy wine. And I can't forget Sol's sweet service, who answered all my questions and cleared up any doubts I had—a total genius. They made me feel supported on my first solo trip. I'll definitely be back, and there's no question that Kaitek Viajes will be my choice. Thanks guys, keep it up!

More than amaizing, We have visited different places in Argentina from north to south and this excursion has been by far the best, not only because of the place but also because of our guide Santiago, his charisma, knowledge of the place and the love he transmits. the work he does. In addition, this agency has an exclusive refuge at the "La Carmen" ranch, an exceptional place on Lake Fagnano managed by a family with history. It is an essential excursion. eternally grateful.
This review is for the Navigation with Penguins ONLY. I cannot speak to any of the other tours which seem nice from the other reviews. We chose this tour through Kaitek Viajes because of the good reviews on Google, their website said it was 20 people MAX capacity per tour, and that we would attend Estancia Harberton as part of the tour (the only part 'not included' in this tour was the $10 entrance fee)... which they have since changed on their page. They were very attentive before the tour and got back to us very quickly in WhatsApp which was nice. However, when we arrived for the tour, it was a 150+ person catamaran tour which was through a different company, Rumbo Sur. (If you book this tour and expect this type of tour, book directly through Rumbo Sur and save yourself the extra couple thousand pesos). We also were not included in the Estancia Harberton part of the tour and had to ride back without seeing this, which was a part of our tour according to the Navigations with Penguins website (there is a map of Estancia Harberton on this page & the only thing it says that is not included is the entrance fee, not Estancia Harberton excursion altogether). We feel we overpaid and were misled by their website. We haven't heard from the company since we told them our disappointments.
