Lyon stands as the 10th largest metropolitan area in Europe, the second economic powerhouse in France after Paris, and the country’s leading university and industrial hub. Because of this rapid demographic and economic growth, the metropolitan region has launched major strategic planning operations in its most dynamic districts, including the Confluence, the Part-Dieu, the Carré de Soie, and Gerland. Many of the city’s architectural and urban competitions, both public and private, are coordinated by the Metropolitan Planning Agency and evaluated by expert architectural consultants. This careful approach has produced a consistently high level of architectural quality throughout the city. Guided by an architect who designed the very first building of the prestigious Confluence project and who has won several national prizes, visitors gain a deeper understanding of Lyon’s urban transformations through plans, insights, and behind-the-scenes anecdotes collected from colleagues and clients.

Tomáš

Unreliable public transport L54 ZERO reliability!
Terri

Lovely new area with well kept communal areas. Only issue the scarcity of parking.
Krupal

New development by Cairn homes, just next to the Clondalkin Fonthill station. Connectivity to the city is great. Still in development - phase 3 is in progress so No shopping centres / schools around. But overall excellent construction, friendly people and great green areas.
Patrick

It's going to be a small town. Build quality, Finish in Houses, Security, Finish of the estate so far - all are excellent. They could make more info available about Community facilities, planned Local shops, Medical, Dental, Creche, Cafe/Restaurant and and General healthcare, Pharmacy Sports & provisions for Religious activities, All of these plus the houses, duplexes & Apartments will make the community of Seven Mills. I believe they plan to build 10,000 houses and that's going to mean over 30,000 residents !

The developer doesn't provide any information about the construction process anywhere; they only change the pictures in the brochure. The same response is given to calls: "Register your interest on the website." Yes, we've been registered since autumn. You could stand on the waiting list your whole life and no one would give any information. They said the next open house would be in spring, in February said - April, and now they're saying summer... it seems like never! Customer orientation and transparency - zero.
