We had such a lovely evening at the Curling Club in the Chelsea Winter Village. The atomosphe, food and service (especially our host Katie who was so attentive and made sure we were thoroughly looked after). It is such a great alternative to Winter Wonderland which can just be overcrowded and hectic at times. Would highly recommend!

A shambles. We arrived 15mins before our 2pm slot, but on arrival we were told we were early but to go upstairs, once we'd gotten our drinks. We then arrived there (5mins to 2pm) and were told by a woman to waiting just outside of the doors. She gave us a filthy look and was quite short with us. She then closed the doors and kept looking at us to make sure we didn't try and come in again. Another women then arrived and said she could see our booking for 2:30 but for only half an hour. I then showed her the receipt (1 hour slot from 2pm) and she said she'd help to do 'something'. She then came back to us, having managed to get us a free lane, about ten mins into our 2pm slot. She then came up to me 15-20mins later (when we were trying to play) and ask me to show her the receipt again which I did. Then another woman came up about 5-10mins after her, to ask again, if I had booked half an hour or an hour. Then ten mins to 3pm, we had the rude woman from earlier tell us we have 5 mins until we needed to go. It was just ridiculous. Terribly organised, photo's misleading (it's a basic pop-up, lanes close together and uneven) one area to get drinks from which is a 5min walk down the stairs and across to the bar. For £15 per person for half an hour, it's way overpriced for what it is. Disappointed. Save your money and go to Fairgame or Electric Shuffle - far better and good value for money.

Really great afternoon with work colleagues. The team at the Curling Club were massively helpful from the very first enquiry, answered all questions and provided a great, tailored package. I was met by the brilliant MD Cherrie who continued the service, answered my many questions and kept checking in to ensure all was well. Of course the Curling is a lot of fun, even without the sweeping, the food js really excellent - so may option and the bar staff were great, efficient and fun! I whole heartedly recommend The Curling Club for all groups, will be back soon to defend my crown
