The boat tour was really really nice. The boat itself is beautiful, Elisa, the guide, is great and speaks a ridiculous number of languages. Her explanations about the city are interesting. 1h40 minutes out of time, along along the magnificent Tagus river. It doesn't feel like cold industrial tourism. Just thank you for the trip, it was great :) I highly recommend.

AVOID AT ALL COST!!!! SCAM!!! So me and my hubby booked the 45 min boat ride experience. On the day of the event 30/10/2025 we showed up early. Our cruise was suppose to start at 2.30 at 2.40 a young lady approached us telling us that there was a issue with our boat and another one would arrive in 20 to 30 mins to take us on our cruise. After discussing this amongst ourselves for 2 mins we decided that this wasn't feasible for us as we were due to visit Pena palace shortly after. The lady had a look at my ticket and seemed to take some info from it she then said I'd recieve a cancellation email that same day or the next day. It's almost a week later I have no email, no refund and no reply from this company. I plan to raise a fraud dispute with my bank if I don't have a response by Friday the 7th November. 4/11/2025 Edit. 5/11/25 my bank says to send a second email as proof that I have given them multiple chances to respond and if there is still no reply they will dispute the claim on my behalf. Absolutely gutted I picked these fraudsters. Avoid at all cost they are scam artists, you've been warned!!!

This was the highlight of our trip! Absolutely amazing recommend to everyone !!

The lines were long, but they did a great job getting us all aboard the 2 traditional vessels. I couldn’t believe how strong both people were that helped us get on board because I slipped, but they did not let me fall. The wine was tremendously enjoyable and the sunset was incredible and it’s a trip you must take when you come to Lisbon!

Sunset cruise was really enjoyable, beautiful views of Lisbon and the Tagus

Elisa, our guide, was super! Three languages fluently, good wine or water! Supi!!

A few extra cushions on the deck but nothing much more

Great boat ride, very friendly staff and good value for money. It is much cooler than the other boat rides on the big boats. There is chill music for most of the ride and a few interesting facts about the important landmarks. You sit very comfortably on cushions!

It was a great experience. Highly recommend the sunset tour. The captain and the tour guide were amazing. They played so many good songs with offering complementary white/red wine. We are so happy that we picked this tour. Thank you so much!

This was a great ride with an amazing staff! The boat was steered with ROPES! wine was plentiful and included and the tour was informative. We did the sunset tour on a cloudy day but it was still worth the ride! We left from dock B after checking in at office 8 inside the building where there is a pay toilet. While things in Lisbon tend to be a bit delayed, you want to be about ten minutes early for this. Don't be afraid to move around on the boat as you can get some great shots from the bow! Sneakers and sandals are ok to wear but you may want to bring a coat depending on the time of day and year you go. The boat goes across the river and out to the Tower of Belem and back.
