This experience is crafted for women who already have some backcountry snowmobiling exposure and want to take their skills to the next level. If you understand the basics of getting a sled on edge but struggle to make it happen consistently, this training provides focused instruction to help you improve. With guidance from experienced riders, you will refine your balance, throttle control and body positioning so that edging becomes more natural and repeatable in varying snow conditions.
Throughout the day you will practice advanced techniques in a supportive and encouraging environment. The goal is to build confidence while increasing precision, allowing you to tackle more challenging terrain with control and ease. Riders can expect hands on coaching, steady progression and plenty of time to apply new skills in real backcountry settings. By the end of the experience, you will feel stronger, smoother and more capable on your sled.

What a great experience for our family! We scheduled a 3 hour tour. The scenery was beautiful... truly amazing... peaceful. Our 3 hours did not feel rushed. And the conditions near the peak of our tour allowed us to drive the snowmobiles in large fields of deep powder. The Backcountry team was simply great. Professional. Friendly. Safe. The equipment was good. We highly recommend Backcountry Snowmobiling.
We were a little worried that there wasn’t going to be enough snow, but it ended up just fine with plenty up on the trails… Had the best time out with Connor yesterday! Connor was great at showing us newbies the ropes, and giving us options to customize the private tour for what we were looking for. Plus, he was a great photographer AND found us a Moose!

Great group! Utah conditions were less than par, but they did a great job accommodating us. Our guide, Sara, had snowball fights with the kids & took amazing photos of our family. They kept it fun and safe! 💖
We had never been snowmobiling before. We took 9 members of our family up, ages 8 and up, and did a two hour tour. I forget the names of our guides (Shane and Colton?). In any event, they were wonderful and everyone in our family loved it. We took nature type drives on the snowmobiles, and then went to a huge field which was like a race track. We were allowed to go as fast or as slow as we wanted on it, racing around. We'll definitely be back and do this again -- if not annually!
