Great place. My brothers stayed here when they came to visit me in Ireland. I went with them to get the keys and I was surprised at how nice the place is compared to other things you see in Ireland. Greg was the person that gave us the keys. He was nice and friendly. He explained how everything worked and gave me his number in case we had any issues. Super recommended. Great location, beside the Aviva stadium and very close to many pubs, cafes and restaurants. Also very close to town.
This place is absolutely prestine and one of the affordable places we could find in Dublin. It's clean and safe.
Good location, quiet area but... The number of cutlery just for one meal, so the dishwasher has to be used after each meal. The doors don't close anywhere. Under the sofa in the living room was not cleaned, in addition to dirt, there was also garbage from the previous tenants. There is constant noise from the boiler room. There is not enough hot water even for children. After check-out, they asked for a refund for the damaged carpet, I admit that the children could spoil it and not tell us and we didn’t notice that, but this is extremely unlikely. It turns out that you need to take a photo at check-in and check-out of all used items so that you can somehow dispute the refund decision.
It is a service apartment with all necessary amenities. Food is something that one needs to arrange by own. Rooms are nice with all requirements to enjoy stay here.
