Hózhó Horsemanship Photography Offers Mobile Photoshoot Experience with Horses

A unique Mobile Photoshoot experience by Hózhó Horsemanship Photography allows guests to capture memorable moments with magnificent horses in a natural, serene setting. The on-location session is designed to highlight calm connection and authentic interaction, with horses serving as the focal point of each composition.

Rather than riding, the experience emphasizes meaningful ground-based engagement with the horses. Participants are guided through gentle introductions and simple poses that encourage comfort, presence, and natural expression. This approach helps bring out the quiet elegance and personality of both horse and human.

Each portrait is carefully composed to reflect harmony, strength, and beauty, showcasing the emotional connection formed during the session. The emphasis remains on storytelling through imagery, where every frame captures a sense of balance and respect between subject and animal.

Following the session, images are professionally edited to enhance light, tone, and detail while preserving the authenticity of the moment. The final collection serves as a timeless keepsake, reflecting the essence of Hózhó Horsemanship and the meaningful bond shared between people and horses.

I did a darkroom Worksop with Darragh on a Saturday afternoon and would highly recommend this for anyone interested in the analogue process. Darragh is a great teacher and shared a wealth of information. It was really enjoyable learning how to make test strips, contact sheets, and full prints. Looking forward to getting back into the darkroom again soon! This is also a great gallery space and bookshop that I’ve seen countless exhibitions in over the years.

Attended a wonderful darkroom workshop here with Darragh. It was an unexpected present that I received and it was a fantastic experience. Darragh made the whole workshop hand's on and coached me through the development and printing of a 35mm Black and White film. Getting to know the real wet bits behind the darkroom door was fascinating and expanded my understanding of the whole shot to framed object in a brilliant way. So highly recommended for yourself or as a gift to someone you know who used to send off their roll and wait in trepidation to see what actually came out!

From the moment I first walked into the Photo Museum Ireland I felt welcome. Doing the Introduction to 35mm Film Photography & Darkroom workshop sparked a fire within that hasn't dampened since. I've now done multiple courses and have consistently found the staff, tutors and other students to be friendly, patient and passionate people. I have also that the staff have been generous at providing support and guidance whenever I have reached out. The exhibitions are always worth a visit and the workshops offered are delivered to the highest standard. The equipment, facilities and location are top notch and in particular I have found the darkroom to be a wonderful place. It has everything I need and I always find it to be great working order and notice that it is respected by all that use it before and after. The one-to-ones have been particularly helpful to me as well as the introductory sessions to the facilities. I wholeheartedly recommend Photo Museum Ireland and am truly delighted that Dublin has a facility like this.
