Children's Embroidery Crafternoon @ Nottingham City Centre

Debbie Bryan offers a delightful Embroidery Crafternoon where young creatives can explore hand-sewing and design their own quirky fabric patterns. Each session begins with a friendly introduction from the Debbie Bryan team, providing tips and techniques to guide participants in creating their unique embroidery. Children will work with a ten centimeter embroidery hoop, pattern fabric, threads, a sewing needle, and a stitch guide to support their creativity. For those who would like to join in themselves, adult heritage embroidery or alternative Crafternoons are available, ensuring a fun and engaging experience for all ages. Inspiration and ideas can also be found through the Crafternoon Pinterest boards. Crafternoons include a choice of juice or cordial and a chocolate fudge brownie, with a one and a half hour session for craft only, or two and a half hours when combined with Children’s Afternoon Tea. The afternoon tea menu caters to traditional vegetarian and vegan or dairy free preferences, including finger sandwiches scones with cream or vegan butter, chocolate fudge brownie, cucumber, and strawberries. An adult must remain present at all times during the visit, and guests should note that a cleaning charge may apply if any disruption occurs on the premises. Low gluten items are available but cross-contamination may occur.
