Booked 2 spaces on to a RAKU class as a gift (£100) and it was cancelled very last minute due to illness. In the cancellation email I was offered a different date if available or a refund, I replied to say we were happy to go ahead with a new date and have been completely ghosted! No email reply’s, don’t answer the phone, ignored Instagram messages. VERY DISAPPOINTED and shocked. This has completely ruined the gift and the excitement - bad business.
Done few classes as total beginner, throwing an raku. Lovely environment and great expertises. I am loving the experience!
Always a great time here. We have done Introduction to Throwing and Raku sessions and then had a private throwing session. Christine is patient and supportive. We learnt so much in our private session and it was well worth the money.
