What a gem! Glad we got here early and got a table. Staff were friendly, informative, and attentive. The food choice was just right, I had the “Spice Girl” eggy bread sandwich. It was delicious, with scrambled egg as an addition, the right amount of spice, stuffed with fillings, I would highly recommend. My friend had one of the special fruit teas and bought some to take home, as it was delicious. My teeny tiny criticism would be could the espresso cups be heated more before serving as mine wasn’t super hot. Otherwise brilliant and will be going back when in town

I visited Biscuit and Brew yesterday and had a really lovely experience. We were greeted straight away and politely then had everything explained to us we were told that cakes and drinks were served downstairs and hot food upstairs. It was busy, but the staff handled it so well. I had poached egg and avocado on toast, which was delicious, plus a luxury hot chocolate. My partner had dippy eggs and a luxury white hot chocolate, both great! We had a train to catch, and the guy serving was really understanding as it was busy the food took some time to come out which was okay he provided great customer service .(unfortunately I don’t think I got his name) I work in a café myself, so I know how hectic it can get, but he handled everything perfectly and even gave us some loose tea as a freebie for the wait. Such a lovely touch! I’ll definitely visit again when I’m next in Nottingham.

A lovely, charming café nestled in the heart of Nottingham that delivers on all fronts. The furniture and setting is very aesthetic, snug and very inviting. Their mocha is probably the best I have ever had. We tried eggs benedict and their brunch item with walnut cake, crumble etc from the menu. Both of them were insanely good. I’m hoping to get another taste when I visit England, next time.

Went to this lovely cafe for my birthday to try afternoon tea for the first time in my life. It was a great experience, and I loved sandwiches, scones and all deserts. They have an extensive tea selection, I tried lavender tea, banana toffee, and you can also ask for coffee with your afternoon tea. I really liked banana flavor. Staff was very friendly and attentive, and in the end offered us two tea samples, one of them was rhubarb and custard (one of my favourite flavors). I tried it at home and it tastes amazing. Nice and cosy place to enjoy, I am happy I chose it for my birthday afternoon tea!

From the word go both my partner, baby and I were accommodated with professionalism, helpfulness and most of all kindness. This place swims in rustic beauty and has oodles of charm. The staff were amazing! Seriously, can't fault them, they guided us through the menu and the plethora of choices for tea. The menu had that much range, and given that I don't drink tea, but with their help, was guided to a most delicious tea. We decided to also wet our appetite on a fanciful dessert. The maple bacon banana bread was our choice of sugary poison. Oh my days have I ever tasted such a moist cake and absolutely exquisitely crafted sugary godlike delicacy. All in all I can't give this much more than a 6 out of 5. No really it was way above what you would expect for any Cafe. I highly recommend that you go here even if you're not hungry!
