Located on Level 3 on Terminal 1, near Gates 4 and 9. This is accessible to domestic travelers. U can access it if you use specific credit cards , membership program, paid entry or airline membership. We used the services on our way to De Nang. The staff is polite and helpful. Includes made-to-order options like pho and sushi in the Premium Lounge. Other dishes pay tribute to local Vietnamese flavors. We just had a few beers and snacks n salad since we were not hungry. There were fresh fruits as well. The washrooms were neat n clean.They have Electronic bidet-integrated toilets, often with functions such as toilet seat warming n jet spray. They offer free WiFi too.
Stopped in Hanoi for 5 hours on a connecting flight. Was pleasantly surprised by this lounge. The food options are extensive, from fresh Pho to sushi to western and continental choices. Barman makes nice cocktails and in all even tho the lounge is small the experience was wonderful. Showers are ok too. Have to book at reception which is quite easy. In all pretty good lounge to kill some time and enjoy comfort
Actually, this is a pretty decent lounge. The food tastes a bit like soap, but they totally make up for it with a full bar serving handcrafted cocktails and great coffee. And there’s even a smoking room — way more than I expected. Came for a meal, stayed for the drinks (and the nicotine).
One of the best lounges I have visited through priority pass. Large area, so does not feel crowded even when the lounge is full. Extensive buffet menu, covering both asian and western, although definitely hinged more towards asian. Staff are fast to clean up and replace the finished items. Only thing is, for me, they were not sure diners card was acceptable or not. But it did accept priority pass.
Good lounge where premium pass is accepted. However it is crowded during peak ours. Place has comfortable seating area and good food options. However I feel the food options could have been better. Check in process is simple. Wifi signal doesn't work for calls but fine for messaging. Overall good experience. Staff is courteous.
