Discover the breathtaking beauty of Ha Long Bay, one of Vietnam’s most iconic natural wonders and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Covering an area of about 1,500 square kilometers in the Gulf of Tonkin, Ha Long Bay is a spectacular seascape of limestone karsts and emerald waters. Its name, meaning “Bay of the Descending Dragon,” reflects its mythical origins and timeless allure. The bay is home to nearly 3,000 limestone islands and islets, each covered in lush greenery and shaped by millions of years of geological evolution. Many islands are hollow, featuring vast caves, while others are inhabited by floating fishing villages that continue the traditional way of life.
Embark on a scenic cruise through this enchanting bay, gliding past magnificent rock formations like Dog Stone, Dinh Huong (Incense Burner) Islet, and the Fighting-Rooster Islets. Visit Thien Cung (Heaven Palace) Cave, one of the most beautiful caves in Ha Long Bay, known for its intricate stalactites and stalagmites illuminated by colorful lights. As you wander through its chambers, you’ll be mesmerized by the natural artistry formed over centuries. This unforgettable journey offers a perfect blend of adventure and serenity, making it an essential experience for anyone exploring northern Vietnam.

I really enjoyed spending the day on this boat with my relatives. We booked a buffet on board from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM and paid extra for a private room, which cost 1,600,000 VND for that time. Without the room, it would’ve been tiring just sitting at the buffet table the whole time, listening to loud music. The cruise also offers a free cooking class and free sightseeing activities, plus kayaking for an additional fee. I highly recommend this experience to everyone.

Thankyou Team Ambassador. Truly speaking, was extremely concerned because of mixed reviews of different Cruises, but after spending the night, I can conclude, it's worth every penny. Great hospitality, including vegetarian, vegan options for us, even lip smacking Indian menu specially for us proves their guest centric personalised approach. Obviously, route 1 tourist spots were crowded, but overall because of Ambassador, we had a lifetime experience.

5 stat professional cruise. Check in process was easy, our room exceeded our expectation, spacious balcony. The food on the cruise was top quality with lots of variety. Service from the staff was friendly and accommodating. The excursions were lots of fun. Sour note was a big tour group who didn't respect other people and were never on time for the excursions to leave and return, delaying our meals and the time we were able to be on board. I feel if people aren't back to the tender boat 10 minutes after the stated time, the tender should leave without them and then return to pick up those people.

It was a wonderful experience from pick up at Hanoi to boarding the cruise at Halong Bay. The lunch was just wow with lot of options. we skipped the kayaking and island visit due to hectic schedules and opted for cooking demonstrations. Dinner was a bit disappointing and the final item was not found to be properly roasted. we left it unconsumed, the music was very lively and good. next morning the Tai Chi demonstration never happened and the visit to the cave was memorable due to our lovely guide “Huyen” who explained things in details and clicked pictures. even she loaned us 150000 to buy our pictures clicked by professionals. we paid her back at Halong. enjoyed the trip, rooms were neat and clean, water was refilled as and when required. value for money: recommend Ambassador Cruise - overnight one.

My experience with Ambassador Cruise in Ha Long Bay was good. From the start, everything reflects good service. The boat is elegant and comfortable, and the organization of the activities is appropriate, although the schedule is sometimes not very flexible. However, the staff is undoubtedly the most valuable part: attentive, warm, and always ready to make every moment special, regardless of their level of English. The cruise manager is always attentive and does an excellent job, making sure everyone has the best possible experience. The food on board is very delicious, elegant, and varied. As a recommendation, it’s best to bring light luggage for two days and one night, and keep in mind that drinks are not included, so costs may increase (an extra tax applies). Overall, this is a cruise that combines luxury, good service, and unforgettable scenery. I recommend it to anyone who wants to enjoy the Ha Long Bay experience with pleasant service.
