One of the most beautiful roads I have seen. I heard many ask if it’s safe or can ride with the automatic transmission, you absolutely can and it’s not as dangerous as it looks from the photos. If you don’t have much experience you can just drive slower and take longer angles. The ride is definitely worth it in any weather. Have been here several times and it was always great. You can find various cafes on the way and enjoy the views. The road at the start (if you come from Da Nang) is being a bit dusty due to the nearby construction but very soon it ends and you get to ride pretty normal road. Safe driving ✌️

Hai Van Pass is an amazing mountain pass right in the middle of Central Vietnam.. It's famous for its dramatic coastal views and winding roads. It acts as a natural border between Da Nang and Thua Thien-Hue Province.
