My wife and I went there at 8 am as they just opened. It was quiet and comfortable. Food choices are not plenty but decent choices for all categories. Fruits were a bit stale. Limited choices of coffee. Small place but clean and comfortable for a small airport. But here is the rub: there were a few other guests came in after us, presumably Russians (based on looks and languages spoken, but I am no expert on that). A family (mom and a young couple) sat at the table beside us. The young man grabbed 4 beers, stuffed 3 into his backpack. After a while, the young woman also grabbed 4 Heineken beers and put them all into a bag. All the while the mom looked on and said nothing. It's disgraceful for them and disrespectful for the host and other guests. This is a nice place for tired travellers, but for some unruly visitors.
I can only comment on the service and the atmosphere of the place. I entered using a Priority Pass. This was around midday and it was very quiet. It was the perfect atmosphere. Service was friendly. The place did reek a little bit of cigarettes and smoke though. The bathroom does need a little bit of a clean. Other than that, if I’m not feeling too hungry, I would just return for the peace and quiet.
This is in the domestic terminal, and by gates 5 and 6. Small lounge, but don't underestimate the size! It was relatively empty, service is friendly and quick, very clean (they wipe the tables as soon as you leave). There is one gender neutral bathroom. The pho of the day is very good, has lots of flavor (I ate 2 bowls for myself..)
The lounge is available to all guests with an entry card, with no limit on the number of guests it can accommodate. As a result, the lounge is always crowded and lacks seating. If guests enter but cannot find a seat, the used entry cannot be refunded
We recently visited this cozy lounge, and it was a pleasant experience overall. The lounge is small but has a comfortable, welcoming atmosphere. There’s a limited selection of snacks, but everything is fresh and tasty. The staff were incredibly friendly and polite, which made our time there even more enjoyable. Access is available if you have a Priority Pass, which is a nice perk. The temperature was comfortable, the chairs were very cozy, and the lighting added to the relaxed ambiance. Everything was also spotlessly clean, which we really appreciated. It was a great place to unwind before our flight, and we left feeling refreshed. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a peaceful spot to relax.
