We had an amazing time with our host Alex! It was a perfect combination of great food, conversation, and history. Alex's well rounded knowledge of food and history, combined with his easy going and humorous personality made us feel very welcome, and comfortable. We sampled a plethora of amazing food in places we could easily have missed if not for the thought and care of walk with us tours! 110% reccomend

My husband and I had an amazing time on the Berlin Food & Cultural Tour: German & Berliner Classics with Walk with Us Tours! Our guide, Alex, was fantastic — super knowledgeable about both the food and the history of Friedrichshain, and you could tell he’s put a lot of thought into curating the perfect stops along the route. Every bite was delicious — from the perfectly crispy schnitzel to the flavorful doner kebab and the iconic currywurst, we loved sampling so many local favorites. The German Flammkuchen was a standout, and the apple cinnamon dumplings at the end were the perfect sweet finish. We also really enjoyed exploring Friedrichshain itself — it’s such a cool, artsy neighborhood, and Alex’s stories made us appreciate it even more. Highly recommend this tour if you want to eat well, learn a lot, and have a genuinely fun time experiencing Berlin’s food and culture!

My daughter and I had a blast on the food and craft beer tour of Berlin led by Alex. More food than I expected and a diversity of food that represented the diversity of the great city itself. Alex was friendly, attentive to his guests, and taught us not just about food and drink, but about Berlin's history at the same time. I couldn't recommend this tour and Alex more!
