Keep in mind, my review is based on going during off season. Low crowds, no waiting. 7 waterfalls accessible to us. Now….. I had a great time playing in the water and learning about the wildlife and plants. I had Felix as a guide. He made sure we took a short stop at certain point when going up. Not that i needed it but better safe than sorry i guess. They have medics at at least to stations. Thats was cool to see. I don’t swim, so it was very helpful for Felix to be reassuring that it wouldn’t matter. If fact he said, you’ll leave swimmer. Lol which isn’t exactly true. But with the floating device you’ll have no problem if you don’t swim. There were lockers and shoes. I used neither. They wouldn’t let me take my drone. Which i didn’t like hit was understandable . Although, the footage would have been used share with others. However, i can see it being noice pollution and a headache if i lost it. No big deal, thats what phones are for. You want to get a waterproof case for it.

Had an amazing time on this tour! We did the 7 waterfalls, and it was absolutely worth it. The guides were extremely friendly and helpful, making sure everyone felt safe and comfortable throughout the experience. The waterfalls were stunning, and the hike to get there wasn’t too bad at all. I also appreciated that they had first aid centers and water stations available along the way. If you didn’t bring proper shoes, they have well-cleaned and maintained ones available for rent for $2. They also offer lockers for rent, which was super convenient for keeping our belongings safe. There’s a food buffet available for purchase, which was a great. One important tip—do not jump but stick to the slides if you have long nails, as the impact from jumping can cause them to break. Overall, a fantastic experience and highly recommended!

Very amazing tour. We've been there before with a group. This time we went on our own with a rental car and payed 12$ per person for the 7 Falls Tour. It was much more crowded this time, but our guide was very helpful. I liked the smaller group much better. Beautiful landscape and friendly staff.

Don't ler the hike scare you, its not as bad as it sounds or looks. The payoff is amazing! Javoney and falco our guides took frequent enough breaks to where you never felt over worked. The water was perfect temperature and the natural water slides are awesome. Make sure to stop by the buffet on the way out! Best food the whole trip.

The zip lines were awesome. The waterfall WOW, quite the experience jumping and sliding down rocks. The guides were excellent and placed safety at the forefront which was required to ensure everyone made it back in one piece 😀 If you are terrified of water , heights and cannot swim I would not recommend this tour. This tours was 💯 percent worth it. Tip Walk with a waterproof phone case to capture pictures. You phone may be submerged in water for short periods on this tour.
