After I had issues with the original bike I bought from GreenAer, they offered me an upgrade to a more reliable model for free. I am so impressed by the quality of customer support from GreenAer.

As two friends who rented two e-bikes for a month to travel around Ireland, we were warmly welcomed by Alan and Hillary — two lovely people who were very open and easy to talk to. The price of the bikes was really good, they worked perfectly, and we truly enjoyed our trip thanks to them. Without their help, this journey wouldn’t have been possible. Thank you so much!

Five star service from the GreenAer Sandyford workshop today. My belt drive had come off my Riese & Muller Nevo 3 and their mechanic fixed it within 2 hours, no charge. Really impressive level of aftercare! Thank you so much!
