Least thing I liked we need to be able to ride closer to the beach, the vibe was great we certainly need more enthusiastic tour guides.
This was great experience and host was the best guy, would definitely have him again but the owner sister kept harassing constantly to my homegirl , trying to fight her when we get back to the lobby and she pregnant. That messed up my experience.
We got to enjoy the beach, good music, great company, and moments we’ll always remember. You can tell when someone truly loves what they do. Kevin was a great tour guide. It was an awesome experience. All four stops were fantastic. Being able to explore a different area of Puerto Rico was amazing. Our last stop at the restaurant was another great experience. Excellent drinks and food. So glad we did this excursion.
The canam and tour guide were great, but the tour was a lot of pavement, not very much offroad.
Our tour was absolutely amazing, Conrad was a great tour guide. The beaches, attractions and restaurant was beautiful. He was very attentive at all times. Conrad is the one to have.
This was amazing driving the UTV through the beach area being able to see 3 different beaches and take pictures go into the water we even stopped to pick up some food . The tour guide was super nice and made us feel comfortable . I recommend.
Excellent service!!! My boyfriend & I did the 2hr beach tour on our last day in P.R. & it was amazing!! Despite booking day-off, we were able to get a tour. The booking agent was lovely, walked us through every step over the phone (including parking when we got a little lost..) No hidden costs—I think some of these reviews just didn’t read the website because pricing was very straightforward. Our tour guide was a gentleman, let us choose the music, & even gave us bar & restaurant recommendations in the city! The UTV’s were a blast!! We each had a turn driving & we had opportunity to switch seats because we stopped at 2 gorgeous beaches! We were given time to walk around, take photos, & grab some icy treats before heading back to the city. Absolutely recommend & would do again!
My friend and I spend close to $400, which includes a "surprise 90 insurance upon arrival". The tour was supposed to be 2 hrs. We spend less than 15 minutes each driving the actual ATV together, taking turns. The tour guide was nice, and after buying him 2 beers (yeah, that's right, and tipping him), I was able to squeeze in an extra 10 minutes (25 minutes). Ridiculous. We were supposed to be on the beach but ended up being on the highway. I don't recommend this tour, sadly. The host was nice but constantly on the phone, but almost $400 being a passenger the entire time - I definitely don't think it's worth it. Even the pics I took - he is on the phone. Smh.
My family and I had a great time visiting 2 beaches and getting some food and drinks on the throughout the tour. The owner was very forward about the insurance rental from the very beginning. He explained that it is a separate charge from the tour. Our group was running behind but he was very accommodating and adjusted our time so that we could all be together. We got to take turns driving and that made the experience more fun.
