The activity was really fun itself! We started quite late, but still had a good time. Because of the setup, it was really hard to see at times what the instructor was doing though. My main problem with this experience is that the instructor does not ask if she can take pictures and photos of you and if you request to see these photos and videos of your own face and you dancing, she will for some reason refuse to share them with you. It’s very strange.

It was an absolute blast! Our instructor (I’m not sure how to spell her name) was AMAZING, and the gentleman playing the bomba music was incredible too! This is truly a must-do experience when you’re visiting the island. Dancing on the beach with such a beautiful view as the sun sets was pure magic — so fun, unforgettable, and full of energy! Looking forward to doing it again on my next trip to Puerto Rico.

Very fun! Sadly few rocks on sand made it uncomfortable to dance at times.

Loved the interaction. One of the most fun dance classes I’ve ever attended. Only feedback..,.The class started much later than scheduled. We had to cancel our dinner reservations. The instructor was fabulous but it would be good to move the participants around. We got stuck in the back and the same group was upfront the majority of the time so it was hard to see the instructor and understand the moves. The class woukd be great if done in half circle (like at the end) so all part can see and get the most of the experience. Otherwise very fun!!!

Excellent. I am now visiting an iconic venue for the enjoyment, teaching, and preservation of one of our musical folklore traditions, bomba and plena, sponsored by the Cepeda Family. It's a meeting point for families, friends, and anyone who appreciates and supports these Caribbean rhythms that fill us with joy and are so catchy and motivating. I recommend it, as well as the other Bomba and Plena Center sponsored by the Ayala Family in the Playita sector of Villa Palmeras, which are also icons of this traditional musical culture and are dedicated to teaching these rhythms.
