The trip was a really awesome day. Long and exhausting, but soooo beautiful. The trip was perfectly organized, the guide explained along the way what options there are at Aetna (trekking, cable car, jeeps). At Mount Etna, we got help buying tickets. The tour of Mount Etna itself was really awesome Really exciting and interesting In Taormina, we got some quick info about the city and then spent our free time on ice cream and shopping. I can only recommend the trip. We were traveling with a kid (3 years old). Everything went smoothly
The trip was well orgnsised and the guide was very helpful and friendly. Etna is a must see. It was fantastic. We would recommend doing the full 3000m (which is an extra ticket cost). Due to the shuttle transfers to reach Taormina we had a little less time than we would have liked in Town. We were a little unlucky with the weather but it was still a beautiful place. Was great that they offered hotel pick-up and drop-off. Just be prepared for alot of time spent on the bus.

Very bad organisation and useless guides... We took the Siracusa and Noto tour and it was really bad!
Bad organization! We booked and paid for an Aeolian Islands trip and turned up at the meeting point slightly before the agreed time, which was 6:45am. The bus didn't turn up after 5 minute waiting, so we sent the guide a message, no response. Then we called the guide after another 10 minute waiting and the guide told us he'd already left as we were not on his list, then he hanged up... So we lost our last chance to visit Aeolian Islands because of their unprofessionalism. I gave them 1 star for not being difficult on the refund process. But be cautious with their 4 star review on Google as all the reviews date back 1 year.
Great organisation. Well on time. More than time enough to spent on the islands an even saw an eruption of the Stromboli!. Bar on board and friendly personnel.
