Sabrina was absolutely amazing as our guide! She was super friendly, funny, and really got the whole group going. She created such a great vibe throughout the night and made the entire pub crawl an unforgettable experience. If you’re thinking about booking – make sure to book with Sabrina! She’s an 11/10 ⭐️

I went to London Party Pub Crawl and had an amazing evening. The hosts were all great but particularly Alex was amazing as he made sure everyone was having a good time. I would definitely recommend this pub crawl as they have awesome venues, lots of people joining, good discounts for the drinks and the best party in London!

Deeply Disappointing and Misleading Pub Tour Experience: As a loyal, repeat customer who has genuinely enjoyed at least three to four of LPPC's pub crawls in the past, I am incredibly disappointed and frankly, appalled, by my most recent experience. What was once a reliably well-organised and fun event has now become a "cheapy" and "disturbing" service that fell drastically short of expectations. Unacceptable Venue Selection and Quality: The choice of venues for this tour was the primary and most egregious issue. Both The Munster Tavern and Luxe (Tiger Tiger) were far below the standard I expect from LPPC or any reputable pub crawl. The Munster Tavern: A Disgraceful Stop This venue was particularly appalling. To include it and "fool people under the guise of a pub crawl" is completely unacceptable. It was not a pub by any reasonable definition. The atmosphere was nonexistent, with no one there apart from our LPPC group. My wife aptly questioned, "What are these pubs called? Those aren't pubs." It felt more like a "bathroom" with "sticky pubs" than a place people pay to visit. The complete lack of genuine pub ambiance and the unhygienic conditions were truly shocking. Luxe (Tiger Tiger): Equally Unimpressive Luxe was also extremely disappointing. It too was practically empty, with only our group and a handful of other individuals. It lacked any semblance of a standard pub environment and contributed to the overall "cheapy" feel of the entire experience. My wife even commented that "Wetherspoon is better than your pub crawl," which speaks volumes about the low quality of the venues. Misleading "Free" Shots Policy: A significant point of frustration was the false advertising regarding the "free" shots. The tour description implied genuinely free shots, and this was consistent with my three previous LPPC tours. However, at The Munster Tavern, we were explicitly told by staff that we had to buy another drink to receive a "free" shot, citing a "policy change." While the shot itself isn't the main concern, the sudden lack of transparency and drastic policy change are unacceptable and feel like a clear example of misleading customers. Poor Customer Service and Safety Concerns: When I raised these significant issues with the tour guide, the response was incredibly unhelpful. I was simply told "there was nothing that could be done," which shows a complete disregard for customer concerns and basic problem-solving. Furthermore, at one of the pubs (Munster Tavern), but a significant issue there was a serious water leak from the ceiling. This pub was clearly in disrepair, and the water was actively dripping on me, making the experience incredibly uncomfortable. More importantly, it raised significant concerns regarding safety and well-being. It's unfathomable that a paying tour would bring customers to a venue in such a state of disrepair. Decline in Quality and Unacceptable Solutions: Having consistently paid for and expected a high-quality service from LPPC, this recent tour fell far short. The entire event felt "cheapy" and the service "disturbing." While a refund has been offered, simply refunding the amount isn't a comprehensive solution to the underlying problem. It highlights that LPPC needs to urgently change its pub partners and maintain a much higher standard. It is completely unacceptable to bring paying customers to such low-quality, desolate, and unhygienic venues.
