Glasgow Green is one of the cleanest and most peaceful parks I’ve visited. The grounds are spotless, the paths are well-kept, and there’s plenty of space to relax or explore. The greenery is stunning—lush lawns, tall trees, and colorful gardens make it perfect for a walk, picnic, or just soaking up nature. It’s a lovely area with historical landmarks like the People’s Palace and Doulton Fountain, and it’s easy to reach from the city center. Whether you’re out for a jog, walking the dog, or enjoying time with family, Glasgow Green is a fantastic spot to unwind. Highly recommended for locals and visitors alike!

My group stayed in Glasgow for the Worlds Bagpipe Championships these last 2 weeks. This was some of the groups 1st time in Scotland, including me and my daughter. My 1st impression was it reminded me of los angeles with the graffiti, homelessness, and some people on drugs tweeking on the streets. Our area was very walkable and we had no safety issues. Buchanan street was a nice visit with restaurants and shops. I loved seeing the architecture and art on buildings and my favorite part was visiting Pollock Park and seeing the Scottish Highland Cows and art museum. I was sad Pollok house was under renovation and closed but the Bridge and river were very beautiful. To get around town, we used Scotrail, Uber, taxis, or walked. Glasgow Green is a beautiful park as well. Scotland was so amazing!

Beautiful and relaxing gardens. There was an ice cream van when we were there so we both had ice creams and enjoyed a walk!

Beautiful space. Magnificent monument and water fountain. A shame the fountain was off though. I bet it look glorious when it's running!
